1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and phcasg Casino ("phcasg," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phcasg website located at phcasg.cam, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

Users accessing our Services from outside the Philippines are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local gambling laws.

2.2 Account Registration

To access gaming services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current;
• Create only one (1) account per person - multiple accounts are strictly prohibited;
• Keep your username, password, and account credentials confidential;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account;
• Notify phcasg immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breach.

2.3 Identity Verification

phcasg reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. You must provide requested documents within the specified timeframe. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure. We implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling in compliance with Philippine regulations.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phcasg account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. You agree to immediately notify phcasg of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

phcasg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized account access resulting from your actions or omissions. All transactions and activities conducted through your account will be deemed authorized by you, and you will be responsible for all charges, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials.

You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing phcasg from shared or public computers. You should enable two-factor authentication when available and take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposits

Players may fund their phcasg accounts using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from major Philippine banks, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin and USDT. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the platform. You must use payment methods registered in your own name - third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are generally processed instantly for e-wallet methods and within the same banking day for bank transfers. phcasg does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. You are responsible for all fees charged by your financial institution or payment service provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified on the platform. phcasg aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts, subject to completion of any required security checks and verification procedures.

Before processing withdrawals, phcasg may require account verification, source of funds documentation, or additional security checks. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if:

• Account verification is incomplete or unsatisfactory;
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected;
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met;
• Outstanding disputes or investigations are ongoing;
• Payment method verification cannot be completed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

The primary currency for phcasg accounts is Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals in other currencies will be converted at prevailing exchange rates, and currency conversion fees may apply. All gaming and financial transactions are conducted in PHP unless otherwise specified.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phcasg maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law. Players must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transactions, unusual deposit patterns, or potential money laundering activity will be investigated and may be reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or reverse transactions that raise AML concerns.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games offered by phcasg operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures that ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and payout structures are available within each game's information section.

Players must play games in good faith for entertainment purposes. The following activities constitute unfair play and are strictly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets or manipulate gameplay;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer or live dealer games;
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent betting limits;

phcasg reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts if unfair play is detected. In cases of technical malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. The outcome of all disputes shall be determined by phcasg management, whose decision is final.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phcasg offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and eligibility criteria.

Players must read and understand the terms of each bonus before claiming. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds or bonus-related winnings must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period, after which unclaimed bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed as abuse by phcasg. Players found abusing bonuses will forfeit all bonus funds, related winnings, and may have their accounts closed.

phcasg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms prevail in case of conflict with these general Terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, games, graphics, text, images, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through phcasg Services are the exclusive property of phcasg or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phcasg Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the Services;
• Distribute, license, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to the Services;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or games;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• Use automated systems to scrape, data mine, or extract content from the platform;
• Frame, mirror, or deep link to the Services without express written permission.

The phcasg name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of phcasg and may not be used without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of phcasg intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Prohibited Activities

In addition to specific prohibitions mentioned elsewhere in these Terms, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to phcasg;
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, phcasg systems, or networks;
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phcasg staff;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Using the Services while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to use your account;
• Engaging in any activity that phcasg reasonably determines to be abusive or harmful to the platform or other players.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

phcasg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other phcasg policies;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Suspicious betting patterns or unfair play;
• Being under the legal gambling age;
• Requesting self-exclusion or exhibiting problem gambling behavior;
• Extended account inactivity;
• At phcasg's sole discretion for operational or regulatory reasons.

Upon account closure, you must cease all use of the Services. Any pending bets will be settled according to established rules. Remaining account balances, minus any outstanding debts or charges, will be returned to you after completion of any required investigations and deduction of applicable fees. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. You are responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance before account closure. phcasg is not responsible for funds left in closed or abandoned accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phcasg, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or downtime;
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or games;
• Loss or damage to your devices or data from use of the Services.

phcasg's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. phcasg does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phcasg's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute, claim, or controversy with phcasg, you must first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. Provide a detailed description of your complaint along with supporting documentation. phcasg will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). Arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be governed by Philippine law. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against phcasg. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms

phcasg reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to players through email, platform notifications, or prominent notice on the website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when Terms were last revised.

Your continued use of phcasg Services after Terms changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

Modifications to Terms will not apply retroactively to disputes that arose before the modification date unless required by law. Changes to bonus terms or promotional conditions may apply to ongoing promotions as specified in the updated terms.
